How to Place an Order with Cloak & Shield
Getting your gear cleaned with Cloak & Shield is simple, fast, and stress-free. Just follow these easy steps:

Fill Out and Submit Your Order Form
Complete the Excel Form online and email to info@cloakandshield.ca or download and print the PDF, fill it out manually, and place it inside your bag.
Cloak & Shield laundry bags are available for purchase at all drop off locations ($15 + GST). Please make sure all contact information and equipment details are fully filled out.

If you would like to schedule a rush order, please contact Cloak & Shield directly. A $20 rush fee applies.

Prepare Your Gear
Place only the items you would like cleaned inside your equipment bag. Your bag will then be sealed and a QR security tag will be attached at the drop off location.
​
This QR security tag will remain on your bag to help identify you as the customer for future equipment cleaning services.
If you are purchasing a Cloak & Shield laundry bag ($15 + GST) at one of our drop off locations, your equipment will be placed into the Cloak & Shield bag and a security tag will be attached.
​
The Cloak & Shield bag is reusable, can be cleaned along with your equipment, and allows the security tag to remain attached for future cleanings.

PICKUP YOUR GEAR
Once your equipment if fully cleaned and disinfected, we will send you an invoice for the completed service.
