Fill Out and Submit Your Order Form
Complete the Excel Form online and email to info@cloakandshield.ca or
Download and print the PDF, fill out manually and place in a bag or your equipment bag (if getting cleaned)
Make sure all your contact and equipment details are filled out.
If you want to schedule a RUSH ORDER , PLEASE CONTACT CLOAK & SHIELD- $20 RUSH FEE APPLIES

Prepare Your Gear
Place only the items you want cleaned in a bag or place in your equipment bag if getting cleaned (NO WHEELS).
We are not responsible for personal items left in bags.
LABEL YOUR BAG WITH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER
We take great care of your equipment however we can not be responsible for items we receive that are damaged, worn, torn or compromised in any way.

DROPPING OFF AT OUR PARTNER LOCATIONS

If you want to schedule a pickup at your location - contact Cloak & Shield - Pickup fee will apply $20.00

PICKUP YOUR GEAR
Once your equipment if fully cleaned and disinfected, we will send you an invoice for the completed service.
